In 2020, Corner House is pleased to debut a daringly original menu from Executive Chef David Thien. Born and raised in Bordeaux, David Thien has journeyed through some of the most hallowed fine dining and Michelin-starred kitchens around Europe and Asia including Domaine du Roncemay, Restaurant Cordeillan Bages and the now closed L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon Singapore.

Based in Singapore since 2007, Thien’s cuisine reflects the chef’s journey, his roots and inspirations. Influenced by the years spent in Singapore and the surrounding countries, the dishes are a natural combination of French and Asian cuisines without shackles.

To share more intimately the ideas and thoughts behind the dishes, guests are presented with chapters authored by chef, detailing stories accompanied by visuals that delve into each ingredient or concept.
