A GASTRONOMIC JOURNEY

“Taking over Corner House, I did not want people to feel that the restaurant would be changing drastically. To me, I wanted this place to remain somewhere where locals could enjoy fine food with comforting flavors; a restaurant where our guests can also discover a cuisine with European and Asian nuances in this charismatic and soulful house.”

Chef David Thien

Dining at Corner House is more than just a meal, it is an experience. Our omakase menu is sequenced in chapters. Like in a book, each dish is accompanied with a personal note that narrates about the chef’s inspiration and thought process. Throughout the courses, those little notes take you on a journey where you discover the nature of every dish and their intimate meanings.
