(a) Reservations through the Credit Card Authorisation (CCA) Form

For bookings and reservations, you must complete a Credit Card Authorisation (CCA) Form where you will be providing us with certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, telephone number, food preferences and allergies and credit card details.

This information is used for billing purposes, to fulfil your orders, and to communicate with you about your booking order and the Site, and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, we may use your personal information to contact you.

(b) Email Addresses

Upon entering our Site, there are several locations that permit you to enter your email address for purposes including but not limited to: notifying you of new products and services; signing up for email newsletters and special offers. By entering your email address, you may be opting in to receive our email newsletter and special offers.
